Michał Halwa, CFO
Michal Halwa joined Studenac as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2020 to support the company's transformation. He began his career at PwC, spending nearly ten years in financial audit and business advisory roles.
In 2010, he joined Dino, a leading Polish grocery retailer, serving as CFO and Board member for three years during a period of dynamic, PE-backed growth and expansion. Michal has also held CFO and Board member positions in several Polish and international companies in industries such as automotive (Nordglass, AGC), FMCG (Twinings), and IT for retail (Exorigo-UPOS). Since 2005, he has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
